The team is also responsible for providing clinical data and being the source of truth on that data throughout the enterprise.

As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you would develop standards and help implement business needs into technical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to use your SDLC and implementation expertise in a role that would allow you to take your career to a new level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Defining, documenting, communicating and implementing standards for the team
• Translating existing system requirements (process, rules, systems, hardware and software) and new business requirements into new technical documentation
• Ensuring business functionality is successfully reflected in the technical solution
• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for the functionality, business and technical

Qualifications:

• Significant Business Analysis / Systems Analysis experience required
• Significant experience facilitating technical solutions to meet business needs required
• Data Modeling expertise
• A strong understanding of the SDLC
• Experience with new software implementation projects
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical specs and prototypes
• A background implementing new tools and methods

The ideal candidate also has some of the following:

• A healthcare background
• A Bachelor’s degree
